Catherine Grech Inventories is a family run business that has been providing industry-leading services for over 30 years. Throughout our years in business, we have developed unique reports that provide the best possible detail for all ranges of properties. Attention to detail is paramount and with our reports we cover all aspects of the property.

Our bespoke take on providing individual reports for the check-in, inventory and check-out not only offers greater detail about the property, but also helps agents, landlords and tenants with a better representation of the condition of the property, at the start and at the end of the tenancy. All reports contain details of every area and item within the property and include high resolution pictures throughout.

Key collection and drop off
All reports are sent digitally (pdf files). Check-outs sent within 2 working days and check-in/inventory reports within 3 working days

BOOKING

The process is quick and simple and you will receive a response from a member of our team within 2 hours. We will get back to you with our availability and will always do our best to accommodate the time you originally request.
THE DAY OFÂ Â INSPECTION
On the day of inspection, one of our clerks will arrive at the property at the time agreed - usually we will get there a little earlier.

If the tenant is not due to be present for the inspection, we will collect the keys from the agents or concierge (if applicable) and return them straight after.
Depending on the size of the property, inspections are usually conducted within 2 hours and if the tenant is still present, we will go through detailed comments and observations noted.
​
After the inspection is concluded, the tenant will no longer be able to access the property and we will return keys where originally agreed with the agency/landlord.
​
REPORTS
Our unique bespoke reports will be digitally sent in PDF format to all parties involved.
